About Hair Flow Studio
Open since July 2020, Hair Flow Studio is a bright and comfortable space in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, where great hair is shaped, cut, colored and styled and you can find your flow. We offer a variety of services for every hair type. We can also recommend great products for your specific needs.
We truly wish to make you feel good and look good in a safe and welcoming environment. All are welcome at Hair Flow Studio.

Bethany Smoker, owner , Master Stylist
I have been a hair dresser since 2008, I am an artist. I love to connect with people and help my guests feel really good with a hairstyle I've created. My goal is to make your daily routine easier and give the hair a complimentary life of its own.
I am constantly educating myself in my craft, I am also an educator.
Portraits and photo/ editorial styling have always been a passion of mine, all work shown on this site is my hair & makeup styling.
I came to Chicago with my husband in late 2006 in search of adventure and music. We had a psych rock band called Smoker, and now I perform music solo as Bumble B & the Royal We. We have a daughter and a baby son. I love to rollerskate, Chicago has the best rollerskating scene!
Bethany works Tuesday thru Saturday by appointment.

Stephen Smoker, barber
Stephen graduated from barber college early in 2023, and has particular skill in short haircuts, clipper cuts, fades, beard trimming and face shaves. He is currently apprenticing on longer haircutting and haircolor.
